Emotional To make the children aware of their feelings and to guide them in appropriate ways of expressing them. Social To help the children work in a group and recognize and respect the needs of others. Physical To promote the healthy physical growth of each child and the development of both fine and gross motor skills. Cognitive To promote optimum cognitive growth through exposure to experimentation and discovery with classroom materials.
